Transfers of data outside the Dubai International Financial Centre
As our Associates and many of our third-party service providers are based outside of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”). personal data may be transferred to or stored at a destination outside the DIFC (including staff operating outside of the DIFC who work for ICGWL and/or its Associates and its third-party service providers or contractors. When we transfer your personal data out of the DIFC, we will ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it which may be achieved in one of the following ways:
